Marco Mariani has been working in the Diving Industry since 1993. He has designed and created some of the most iconic products in the Industry.
He has been the Head Engineer for the group Omersub/Sporasub and Aqualung for two decades.
For the past ten years, He has been an Independent Consultant. His technological knowledge of diving products is unparalleled.
He has cooperated with Mr. Li well before the funding of Youbao Sporting Goods and, since its creation, He has been a pillar of our company.
His technical expertise is only matched by his knowledge of the Chinese manufacturing market, having frequently travelled to Asia since the 1990s.
Marco now spends his time between Asia and Europe and he is the liaison between our production plant in Huizhou and our customers around the World.
Production Manager
Mr Li has graduated in Engineering & Design in at Guangxi University and has been working in the Diving Industry since 2002.
He has an extensive experience in Plastic Injection Moulds and Diving Product Design.
Among his major achievements, he has designed a swimming cap and swimming goggle, which were selected as official products of the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008 and he was conferred an Outstanding Design Award.
Briefly after setting up “Youbao Sporting Goods Co., Ltd” in 2018, he has started cooperating with Marco Mariani, with whom He shares a deep passion for technology and innovation.
Customer Service
Tracy has graduated from Shenyang university in 2011 and She has since been working in foreign trade.
She has joined Mr. Li and Marco. at Youbao Sporting Goods, in 2020 and She is in charge of National and International Sales and Marketing.
Tracy is Mr. Li’s right hand. She keeps close communication with Marco and Youbao’s customers oversea.
